While our niche is private, custom made tours in South America, in 2012 we decided to debut Signature Journey, a new style of small group tours (no more than 12 people) that showcase Liz's favorite destinations with selected departure dates across the region in Chile, Argentina, Peru, and Uruguay. These journeys are "collections" that we have curated of authentic local experiences to take you deep into the terroir to meet our favorite food artisans, chefs, home cooks, wineries, winemakers, growers, bakers, fish mongers, and cultural spots on the South American continent with Liz Caskey as per your personal host. The focus here is on sharing, being, loving, enjoying--together. That always seem to flow with good food, wine, scenery, and company!
