Uruguay: A Natural Beauty

Dig Into Montevideo & Jose Ignacio
(9 Days / 8 Nights)
February 8 – 16, 2019

Uruguay is South America’s best-kept secret. Rolling green pastures, a dazzling coastline, some of the best European-style food and wine in these latitudes, and warm locals. On this Signature Journey, explore the captivating coastal capital of Montevideo and check out the wine country before heading east to the low-key yet chic village of José Ignacio with endless dunes and beaches. Meet food artisans and wine growers; savor scrumptious seasonal foods, grilled meats, and ethereal cheeses; sip deliciously different wines; and even connect with your inner gaucho on horseback. What we love most about Uruguay is their art of chilling out–or what the locals call desenchufar. The perfect reboot for modern life.
