Liz Caskey Culinary & Wine Experience clients stay in exquisite accomodations in each destination in a wide range of properties: from ornate turn-of-century palaces fit for a queen and king; to intimate, five-star wine “hotels” nestled in a vineyard; far flung eco-lodges with all the creature comforts; even “floating” hotels that travel deep into Patagonia’s fjords; and charming country inns and villas taking you back to the colonial days.

World class facilities are not always possible in the more off-the-beaten-path itineraries. Accommodations here are still very comfortable, amicable, yet simple. However, we still recommend wholeheartedly going--the authenticity of one’s experience always makes it worth it.
